Hi Jane, thank you for your review. Your order was shipped on the 2nd of December for you, which is the same day as you ordered. I can see it was delivered 2 days later (4th dec) to your local post office and is awaiting collection. Delivery was attempted, however it seems no one was home. “I received the request for a review before I received my order. I have now received my order that has clearly been run over by a vehicle. Luckily the inside was not damaged.”

“Every time I order from natural chemist it takes forever.. I ordered two things on 25 November it is now 5 December and it’s still not here.. this could be an AU post thing but My eye contacts are Deliver the same way and they always show up within 4 to 5 business days”

“Thank you, I paid for the express delivery and it was geat express. Packed well. Directions on the tag were small and some informtion left was difficult to understand. No blue scoop included in powder - but I believe this is on it's way - appreciate this greatly. Overall great.”

“Did not receive a tracking number when I ordered and paid for my order. After 8 days of no response I emailed Natural Chemist and received a tracking but product had not been sent. I finally phoned and spoke to a lady who apologised as she mentioned product was out of stock. I finally received my order. Not very professional. Had ordered previously had no problems then.”

“I love this product. However, I strongly suggest that when a product is not available for whatever reason, that it's marked as "sold out" or "not available". I requested two different versions of this product as a 1K purchase; both were listed on the site as being available and I was informed later that neither was available.”
