“Did not receive a tracking number when I ordered and paid for my order. After 8 days of no response I emailed Natural Chemist and received a tracking but product had not been sent. I finally phoned and spoke to a lady who apologised as she mentioned product was out of stock. I finally received my order. Not very professional. Had ordered previously had no problems then.”

“I love this product. However, I strongly suggest that when a product is not available for whatever reason, that it's marked as "sold out" or "not available". I requested two different versions of this product as a 1K purchase; both were listed on the site as being available and I was informed later that neither was available.”

“Excellent! Very fast delvery of purchased items. The only small problem: I was unable to order three tubs of magnesium cream whch is what wanted. have no idea if it is my poor computer sklls that prevnted me from orderng three tubs or the control of outgoing stock that made ths happen.”
