I have been a customer of Natural Chemist for around 4 years. Customer service has not been as great as the beginning. I understand that we are in crazy times and still refer people to them, we just have to allow extra time for delivery of product to them to dispatch and times of delivery. This is with all companies right now. I am still able to look at the system to see where it is at. They reply back within a day and that is the best you can hope for in this environment. I find staff friendly and that is all you can ask for.
