Usually, Natural Chemist are diligent in processing orders in a timely manner.
My most recent order was recieved by Australia Post, but then it did not move from their receiving depot. After a seven day delay I contacted Natural Chemist to verify the status of my order. NC reported that it was "delivered to the wrong address". In other words it was lost!
To NC credit they dispatched a replacement order by express post to me.
I have ME/CFS and I rely on treatment providers to deliver my medications in a timely way.
