I ordered my item on 17th December and paying £4.99 for the privilege of having it delivered I expected it before Christmas. I did not receive my item until the 5th January. I emailed you regarding this an never received a reply until two days ago. I notice that you have stated that last orders on the site were 13th December however this was not obvious and if it had been I would not have placed an order.
