“Took over two weeks to deliver. I'd emailed several times to ask when delivery would be made and never received an acknowledgement or the courtesy of a reply. I reached the point where I thought the company was a scam and I'd lost over £80. Very glad they finally delivered them... but no hint of an apology. Very poor customer service, and I won't be ordering from them again. Not worth the stress.”

“My dog has a chicken and grain intolerance so I struggle to find treats that don’t upset his tummy. I used to give him black pudding sticks until I found they contained chicken. These duck chews are a safe alternative and have gone down well with him so far. They’re smaller than expected but he only has one a day so they’ll last a while. I’ll try him with the venison ones next.”

“I had a bad experience with another wholesaler of natural dog treats, so i needed to find a new one. Glad I did as these guys are awesome and shipped the lamb shoulder strips in a paper bag within a cardboard box 100% recyclable well done! Their wesite was easy to order on and the delivery was quick too. Oh, and my dog likes the chews too. Pricing was good, and delivery costs were transparent. Will definitely order from them again.”
