“I was thrilled to have found The Natural Doggy chews Co. An independent company selling , in my opinion, the best dog treats, completely natural dried chews. My 14 yr old dog is completely allergic to chicken and has an intolerance to several other animal proteins. So many dog treats just say 'animal proteins' with no information on what that includes. She loves the dried duck wings, that take her a while to eat and have nothing 'nasty' added or hidden in them. Excellent prices with super fast dispatch and delivery, thank you”

“Amazing tasty treats. My 4 dogs eyes nearly popped out of their heads when their parcel arrived. These are high value for my dogs which means they will search for them relentlessly.. great way to tire them out. Arrived sooner than expected too. Bonus!”

“Sadly take far too long to dispatch and then deliver. Have tried this company a few times now and only once received a timely order, the rest take more than a week from payment. Great products, need to speed up their dispatch and delivery methods.”

“Cancelled large part of my order with no explanation, just received a refund. I guess the items were out of stock but a message explaining that would have been nice. Could have given me the opportunity to replace out of stock items with something else rather then sending a small part of the order.”

“Afterall the products looks good, good variety and I only hope the quality is good as well, time will tell. I am not quite happy with the communication,as afer received a nice welcoming email from the founder, I emailed him back with question when I will receive my delivery with no asnwer. Paying £4.99 for delivery is ok ish but I would expect to receive it withing the next 48hrs. I placed my order on Sunday and I received it after 7 days, thats seems to be quite long considering the cost of the delivery. When the box arrived it had a hole and a label said from the post office said 48hrs tracked.”
