“The first time I ordered, it took 3 weeks to deliver when the order stipulated 3 to 5 days. I chased with no luck I've been trying to cancel a non-required repeat order since April through various methods, including Facebook, Messenger, and email, there is no phone number and WhatsApp doesn't work. Even leaving a poor review has not received a response. In the end, I had to ask my bank to cancel the order. It's a shame the customer service is so poor as the products are really good. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from them again.”

“The treats are great - my dog loves them. Exactly what I was hoping for. Took over a week for the parcel to be dispatched, with no communication from the seller in the interim, but everything was present and correct and well packaged when it arrived. Thank you.”

“Hi Amber, I've been trying to get in touch with yourselves but finding it difficult to get hold of anyone. Emails are bouncing back as your mailbox is full. The 1kg of venison sausages was only 900g. There were only 53 sausages as opposed to 58-62. Also as it was my 1st order I had wanted to benefit from the BARK10 code but I omitted it by accident. “Worse place I have ever had to deal with paid for order on the 14th of Feb not received order by the 28th after a number of emails none of which I was given a reply did I receive part order March 6th email sent again asking where the remainder of my order was again no reply, I finally received on 13th of March nearly a month after taking my order and payment.”

“Am not impressed with this comp , could not get in touch via email said was not valid , what's app same and everything else I tried , ordered 26 Feb and was delivered on mar 12, thought I had been scammed, no apology or anything just a email to say on its way , I would not recommend this comp at all stay away”
