“Got the rabbit ears with hair this time as my dogs really enjoyed them from the treat box and was so pleased with the size of the box and the amount in it totally packed full and as always the packaging is beautiful with extremely quick delivery brilliant value and excellent quality or the ears , highly highly recommended this company's products”

“Arrived fairly quickly, the dogs loved the smell of the box on arrival, this is probably due to the fact that paper bags were used, some of which were ripped apart during transit. It seems the products are great, and although I understand the environmental sentiment behind using paper bags, they are not ideal for bulk buys, possibly only small selections.”

“The very greasy treats came unwrapped, in the flimsiest of cardboard boxes, which, by the time it arrived, was almost falling to pieces, thanks to the soaked through grease. The treats themselves are as described, however, last time I ordered, the various treats were packaged in polythene bags, and not as messy”

“the 1kg bags of training treats are great. a few bags of them will last me more than 6 months which is great not to think about it or buy smaller bags of overpriced treats :) pup likes all flavours and doesnt seem to get bored of them at all”

“My ordered arrived promptly and all items were as described except the turkey and cranberry burgers which were said to be 1kg but the pack I received only weighed 493g. I thought no big issue I shall just contact them to try get this cleared up but received no response, so I contacted their second email for orders and again received no response and so I contacted them on their website and again no response. All I can say is it seems if you order something and it's correct then that's great but if you get something and there's an issue with it then you won't get any response from them. With how quick my order was dispatched I cannot grasp at how they ignore their customer emails. You never know, maybe leaving a review stating the issues might get their attention”

“Good price , delivery within a week , everything packaged in brown bags inside a box , but the chicken /duck feet are sharp and broke through the bag , ended up loose in box . Which would be fine , but my one dog is allergic to chicken , and they are quite hard to tell apart. But otherwise I was happy with my purchase”

“The dogs love the treats however the website give a weight and the estimated pieces in the bags… I ordered the 1kg of pig snout which states it comes with 30-32 pieces and mine only had 19. I did email asking if this was correct and received no response. I don’t think they should put on how many pieces are in the packets when this isn’t correct. The estimated delivery wasn’t correct either.”

“Ordered 1kg of puffed chicken feet. About half have come with there claws still on not good for dogs probably not there faul suppler not removing them e-mail to let them know herd nothing back but price very good and delivery good”

“These are the best natural treats I’ve tried ! I use them for both my boys for training, and as a treat. Most recently the delivery has become a lot quicker, I like to have one pack open being used then one as spare to top up . Would definitely recommend them . They must be extremely tasty as they go nuts for them . And off course are very healthy for them x”
