My ordered arrived promptly and all items were as described except the turkey and cranberry burgers which were said to be 1kg but the pack I received only weighed 493g. I thought no big issue I shall just contact them to try get this cleared up but received no response, so I contacted their second email for orders and again received no response and so I contacted them on their website and again no response. All I can say is it seems if you order something and it's correct then that's great but if you get something and there's an issue with it then you won't get any response from them. With how quick my order was dispatched I cannot grasp at how they ignore their customer emails. You never know, maybe leaving a review stating the issues might get their attention
