“Sadly take far too long to dispatch and then deliver. Have tried this company a few times now and only once received a timely order, the rest take more than a week from payment. Great products, need to speed up their dispatch and delivery methods.”

“My ordered arrived promptly and all items were as described except the turkey and cranberry burgers which were said to be 1kg but the pack I received only weighed 493g. I thought no big issue I shall just contact them to try get this cleared up but received no response, so I contacted their second email for orders and again received no response and so I contacted them on their website and again no response. All I can say is it seems if you order something and it's correct then that's great but if you get something and there's an issue with it then you won't get any response from them. With how quick my order was dispatched I cannot grasp at how they ignore their customer emails. You never know, maybe leaving a review stating the issues might get their attention”

“The treats themselves are good quality but the customer service is awful…. I waited nearly 2 weeks for my order to arrive and tried to contact them via What’s App, phone and their contact us form but NOONE got back to me. £4.99 delivery is quite hefty when you expect to get within 3 working days as it said 48hr Royal Mail. Then they must have waited 10 days before they even dispatched!! I can get my dog food next day delivery so not sure what the problem is! This is the second order I have placed and the first was the same but I tried again just in case. However I won’t bother again. I had to purchase on another site as I’d ran out of treats as it took so long. I wouldn’t mind if there was contact to say there would be a delay or even an apology…but nothing! Will not use again.”

“Be wary of using this company. Only received half of my order and the lack of response from Customer services is not what is expected. Both my latest 2 e-mails and apps have all been ignored and I am left out of pocket and unable to get the problem dealt with.”

“Box is ok, overpriced for the contents which is mostly cheap items like chickens feet or items less than half the size of what you’d normally get in other stores ie trachea. Charge a lot for delivery of the box which wasn’t large, plus it took over 2 weeks for them to even dispatch the item, they also didn’t respond to multiple messages asking for an update until after the item was actually delivered. Wouldn’t order this item again and probably wouldn’t order from the shop again.”

“The end product seems good value for money but I unfortunately had to remind you guys to send my order. After a week of nothing, I decided to reach out and was met with an apology and dispatch confirmation. Sorry to be harsh here, but what if I hadn’t reached out?”
