The treats themselves are good quality but the customer service is awful…. I waited nearly 2 weeks for my order to arrive and tried to contact them via What’s App, phone and their contact us form but NOONE got back to me. £4.99 delivery is quite hefty when you expect to get within 3 working days as it said 48hr Royal Mail. Then they must have waited 10 days before they even dispatched!! I can get my dog food next day delivery so not sure what the problem is! This is the second order I have placed and the first was the same but I tried again just in case. However I won’t bother again. I had to purchase on another site as I’d ran out of treats as it took so long. I wouldn’t mind if there was contact to say there would be a delay or even an apology…but nothing! Will not use again.
