“Cancelled large part of my order with no explanation, just received a refund. I guess the items were out of stock but a message explaining that would have been nice. Could have given me the opportunity to replace out of stock items with something else rather then sending a small part of the order.”

“Afterall the products looks good, good variety and I only hope the quality is good as well, time will tell. I am not quite happy with the communication,as afer received a nice welcoming email from the founder, I emailed him back with question when I will receive my delivery with no asnwer. Paying £4.99 for delivery is ok ish but I would expect to receive it withing the next 48hrs. I placed my order on Sunday and I received it after 7 days, thats seems to be quite long considering the cost of the delivery. When the box arrived it had a hole and a label said from the post office said 48hrs tracked.”

“Ordered large pig ears 3 times now and each time I order them they are always refunded. Very disappointed. However everything else I order is perfect and my Labrador really enjoys them”

“The very greasy treats came unwrapped, in the flimsiest of cardboard boxes, which, by the time it arrived, was almost falling to pieces, thanks to the soaked through grease. The treats themselves are as described, however, last time I ordered, the various treats were packaged in polythene bags, and not as messy”

“The dogs love the treats however the website give a weight and the estimated pieces in the bags… I ordered the 1kg of pig snout which states it comes with 30-32 pieces and mine only had 19. I did email asking if this was correct and received no response. I don’t think they should put on how many pieces are in the packets when this isn’t correct. The estimated delivery wasn’t correct either.”

“Ordered 1kg of puffed chicken feet. About half have come with there claws still on not good for dogs probably not there faul suppler not removing them e-mail to let them know herd nothing back but price very good and delivery good”

“The pig ears was the largest iv ever seen, well worth the money, some of the other treats wasn’t so good for the money, so it balanced out. Overall good and I will buy from here again.”

“I was a bit disappointed this time with how long my delivery took, I actually contacted natural doggy chews after 3 weeks as I'd not heard anything only to be told they were waiting for stock. They did refund my delivery charge but it still took another 10 days to come. Just communication would make a huge difference.”
