“Our dog loves the treats. Just a little disappointed with the delivery time of several days. Also one of the bags had burst in the box and there was treats everywhere.”

“The puffed chicken feet and pig snout I purchased seem really high quality and my dog loves them however had to give the chicken feet away as my very large and greedy staffy was trying to swallow them whole”

“The treats are excellent quality and delivered very quickly. My two dogs are gnawing on a lamb’s ear each, as I write! The discount is difficult to understand on your site, that’s the only thing that stops me from 5 stars.”

“Arrived fairly quickly, the dogs loved the smell of the box on arrival, this is probably due to the fact that paper bags were used, some of which were ripped apart during transit. It seems the products are great, and although I understand the environmental sentiment behind using paper bags, they are not ideal for bulk buys, possibly only small selections.”

“Four stars are for the chewy stick,s, our dogs love them. Not sure I received the right ones as they don’t match the picture.Unfortunately due to the lack of communication and long delivery time I won’t be ordering from you again unless things improve. Also the packaging wasn’t strong enough. The paper bag was open and the chews were loose in the box no use by or best before and no list of ingredients”

“I have been buying chews etc,from this company a while now. Find a decent choice and reasonable prices. Occasionally find using the choice system difficult,and maybe a easier better off reduced price system. Wether easier on a laptop than a mobile though. Dog tends to like majority of my buying choice.”

“very happy with the actual products I bought, my only criticism woyod be they were loose backed in plain brown bags, wiith no BBF date or details of which product was which. Better labelling would be beneficial, especially as I have no idea of the shelf life of these effectively "open" packets.”

“I love these natural treats. My dog is one of the bull breeds and needs a good solid and healthy treat . It takes him a couple of hours to get through these deer legs. I also know that skin and fur are good for his digestion. In all I would recommend these to those who have a big dog .”

“When the products arrived my dogs were extremely happy and couldn't wait for the box to be opened. The selection of treats in the variety box was really good, I have a large dog and a small dog and both were well catered for.”
