“I’ve had orders from here before with no issues. However, parcel was meant to arrive last Thursday and it’s now Tuesday and I’m still without a delivery. No communication after emailing twice.”

“THESE TREATS MADE MY DOG ILL , I ordered turkey and lamb treats as they are allergic to chicken and beef . I feel these treats have chicken or beef in them as they start itching and showing feeling sick . They also drink loads after eating these. I have no reply to my emails.”

“Took over two weeks to deliver. I'd emailed several times to ask when delivery would be made and never received an acknowledgement or the courtesy of a reply. I reached the point where I thought the company was a scam and I'd lost over £80. Very glad they finally delivered them... but no hint of an apology. Very poor customer service, and I won't be ordering from them again. Not worth the stress.”

“Took so long to arrive, I emailed had no response had to go to pay pal. Treats arrive in paper bags which broke when I picked them up. Won’t use this company again.”

“Avoid this company, they take your money, but you never receive your order. I ordered some chicken feet and although I got confirmation emails, nothing arrived. I have tried many times to contact the company, but no reply.”

“My order is showing as with the Royal Mail (has been for two weeks). The Royal Mail have advised The Natural Doggy Chews Co. Will need to provide me an update. The Natural Doggy Chews Co. are yet to respond to any emails. Poor customer service.”

“Paid £4 for delivery, website claims 2 to 4 days for delivery.....well that didn't happen. Once delivered, 7 days I then had to pay extra to get the package resent ....will not be using you again.”

“Half the value of my order is STILL MISSING from original delivery which was 19th January. Despite numerous attempts at communicating with Amber at customer services, nothing but evasive replies received until a promise of a next day replacement which was in an email dated 24th January. Since then, absolutely NOTHING! I have tried to ask for a phone number without success and my last messages have been IGNORED. Apparently, I am not the only one having problems according to their Facebook page. This company has my money, DO NOT TRUST!!!!”

“I ordered my item on 17th December and paying £4.99 for the privilege of having it delivered I expected it before Christmas. I did not receive my item until the 5th January. I emailed you regarding this an never received a reply until two days ago. I notice that you have stated that last orders on the site were 13th December however this was not obvious and if it had been I would not have placed an order.”
