“Afterall the products looks good, good variety and I only hope the quality is good as well, time will tell. I am not quite happy with the communication,as afer received a nice welcoming email from the founder, I emailed him back with question when I will receive my delivery with no asnwer. Paying £4.99 for delivery is ok ish but I would expect to receive it withing the next 48hrs. I placed my order on Sunday and I received it after 7 days, thats seems to be quite long considering the cost of the delivery. When the box arrived it had a hole and a label said from the post office said 48hrs tracked.”

“I wanted to try the natural treats after my Flattie was recently spayed and I'm keeping an eye on her weight. To be fair, she's only been on them for a few days but seems to have taken to them. I ordered a selection so we'll see how it goes. Feeling optimistic.”

“Ordered large pig ears 3 times now and each time I order them they are always refunded. Very disappointed. However everything else I order is perfect and my Labrador really enjoys them”

“THESE TREATS MADE MY DOG ILL , I ordered turkey and lamb treats as they are allergic to chicken and beef . I feel these treats have chicken or beef in them as they start itching and showing feeling sick . They also drink loads after eating these. I have no reply to my emails.”

“From their website, they had lots of choice which I could select from - I opted for a budget treat box for my first order with some added extras. Simple process to order and pay and delivery arrived a few days later! Pooch is very excited to get his chops around the treats! Good, simple process - happy with quality of products so far!”

“When the box came Frankie knew exactly what was in it! She goes wild every time she gets a treat. Grabs it and sprints off so you can’t take it off her!! Really pleased value for money and no bad treats….. so far….”

“Happy with the products purchased (and so are the dogs!). Environmentally speaking I appreciate the paper bag the "Three Bird Meaty Cubes" came in, and I'm doubtful I would/could recommend an alternative, but I did have to place the treats in air-tight tubs to store at home. It's not so much an issue, it's really just a head's up to any future buyers that you may need to store them in something else. Will purchase again! Thank you.”

“Brilliant quality and at a reasonable price, have used many times. Wish the customer service was better and would reply to emails sent, have emailed a few times but never had a reply. My dog loves these treats and love the fact that they're natural , best dog treats”

“Took over two weeks to deliver. I'd emailed several times to ask when delivery would be made and never received an acknowledgement or the courtesy of a reply. I reached the point where I thought the company was a scam and I'd lost over £80. Very glad they finally delivered them... but no hint of an apology. Very poor customer service, and I won't be ordering from them again. Not worth the stress.”

“My dog has a chicken and grain intolerance so I struggle to find treats that don’t upset his tummy. I used to give him black pudding sticks until I found they contained chicken. These duck chews are a safe alternative and have gone down well with him so far. They’re smaller than expected but he only has one a day so they’ll last a while. I’ll try him with the venison ones next.”

“I made an order and then changed my mind I sent 4 emails wanting to cancel my order and not once did anyone come back to me. I would not recommend this company to anyone no one gets back you”
