I love love love this company!! I just got my first order (the everything bundle) and I loved it so much I had to get one for my sister too! I love how earth friendly all the products are including the super cute packaging. The products look and smell great. And I LOVE the lip balm it’s so naturally moisturizing my lips actually feel more hydrated after using not just coated in wax. There was a bit of a wait due to demand, but the team kept me so in the loop I never once felt like my order was forgotten about. They consistently checked in to update me about where they were at with my order and gave me the option to cancel my order stress free if needed-which I had zero intent on doing (duh). I realized I made a mistake after placing my order with my shipping address (as I had recently moved), but they were super fast to respond to my email and I felt like I was dealing with real people not just some large company that doesn’t care about their customers. I also opted into their email list and love the emails and updates I receive and tips on being more earth friendly. Once again, real people speaking real talk.
