I'm seeing all the one star ratings and that's mine as well. Terrible customer service. Ridiculous wait time between ordering and receiving product. I only finally got mine because I literally hounded them on Facebook .
Products are only ok, not great. Overpriced. Wish I could add a photo here. The 2 inch cardboard tube of lipbalm has a quarter inch of product!! Please don't waste your time, energy or money.
