I placed an order 1.5 months ago, received a confirmation, saw that my credit card was charged, and then nothing. I called them and they never answered the phone. I emailed them and I got auto-responses from email addresses that I couldn't respond to (when I did I got a mailer deamon back). Finally I reached out on facebook 2 weeks ago, was told that I would be receiving tracking info later that day, but I never did. I never received tracking information and when I went back on facebook to reach out again, Habitat Botanicals had cancelled their facebook page. This company is a total scam. I just want my money back.
