DO NOT ORDER! Ordered 4/6. Inquired about order status since "shipping label" was created on 5/5. Also inquired about process for refund if order isn't received next week. AND inquired why they are still accepting orders when they can't even fulfill current orders. Got this response: "This is ____ from Habitat Botanicals, one of the care specialist and we would like to thank you for putting your concern into attention! I will be more than happy to attend to your needs! Upon checking your order is ready and is waiting to be picked up by our shipping partner for dispatch! Once done, give us 2 - 8 days for processing and 7 - 14 days for the actual delivery. We do our best to get your orders to you as fast AND as sustainably as possible! Please note, all shipping times are estimates only provided to us by our delivery partners. Shipping times are subject to many variables such as volume (think Christmas), weather (think snow or hurricanes) and human error (think mis-scans or lost packages) and we try our best to give you accurate times! As for your question: If items are not received by next week, how do I go about requesting a refund? I wish I would not be the one to break this news to you. We would not be able to process refunds for any order before April 15th as the company is now under a new management. As of the moment, we no longer have access to the previous company's accounts since they went bankrupt. If it was physically possible to refund you I assure you, it would already be done. I truly wish this wasn't the case so that I could fulfill your refund request. We are still accepting orders as we were told, "to stay open as an essential business, we needed to make hand sanitizer and antibacterial soaps." To continue to stay open and make sure customers are getting their orders as well as customer service support, we had to stop everything we were doing to accommodate this. So, we got right to work! We are projected to be caught up in 1-2 weeks. :) We're all hands on deck and sending out over 200 orders per day.Our solution to the problem was to immediately actively problem-solve to make sure this everyone is taken care of. We made sure all the items are in stock, then we hired several employees to help fulfill orders as fast as possible as we now have to keep up with COVID-19 related orders in order to stay open as well as our previously delayed orders due to our move to a new warehouse. We are all hands on deck!We are working very hard and keeping up with this in a way that allows us to stay open! Our customers' experience is very important to us. So basically, it will be ANOTHER month until I get my order...with no real accountability. I am a fan of Pela and received a recommendation from them for Habitat. I wanted to be supportive of their green initiative. I'm truly disappointed as I AM the "emergency personnel" they are referencing. Seems like a lot of lip service at this point. I have been patient, but come on...guess we'll see what happens...
