Product is fine, but the customer service was very poor. I would not buy from this company again. I had to ask my credit card company to dispute the charge since they wouldn't cancel a subscription service that I didn't sign up for. "Misleading trial offers" are listed on my credit card's reasons to dispute a charge. Very grateful for my credit company's help on this because I have NEVER experienced such dishonest business practices!
For what it's worth, I have gotten exceptional customer service from their sister company, Pela.
