resounding with everyone else, i was also scammed into a subscription. i had gotten some of the $1 offers are buying a pela phone case. the site talked about the membership perks but did not explicitly tell me i was signing up for it. i had gotten an email saying it was time to renew my subscription but i disregarded it as i had no account with them and never signed up for one. i then get a shipment confirmation for a subscription. i did get a response from the company but it was a generic one (my flatmate got the exact same one). i wish i read reviews and returned to sender instead of paid for shipping. products: deodorant is dry and doesn’t feel like it does much. the smell is also quite strong. the shampoo and conditioner bar dried out and stripped my hair (long, thicker, wavier). my hair didn’t feel clean, just as if i got it wet. it was an unpleasant experience all around. i will not be buying their products ever again.
