Worst customer service I've ever experienced, they messed up my order and refuse to sort it out (they sent me exchanges when I asked for a refund and they won't give me my money back).l and the credit note I was meant to receive for a different return never arrived. They will not answer their phone line and if you leave a message they won't call you back. They claim that the company has a new owner but this should not affect my rights. Would not recommend to buy from this company. The shoes I've kept are very comfortable though. Such a shame that you can't trust this company though.
