This is my second pregnancy taking them. I find that because you take them 3 times a day rather than once a day that it helps with nausea. I noticed a big difference when switching on my last pregnancy and am feeling great with these again this time round. I wasn’t aware of the postnatals so I’ll definitely be getting them after birth
