Terrible bank, awful customer service system and they make your life as difficult as they possibly can. It’s not in the name of security either as their security is weak and when inevitably breached they will not reimburse. That issue of having money stolen and not reimbursed happened years ago and is not even my main issue, literally everything else is awful too. LITERALLY ANY OTHER BANK WILL TREAT YOU BETTER - FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, BANK ELSEWHERE
