Do not sign up. Zero customer service. They never answer the phone nor social media messages and they place unauthorized charges on your card. You think you're signing up for one thing, and they charge you for another.
I'm thinking a report to the medical board in my state might be in order, if this is actually a prescription medication. Their service is not how telemedicine works.
