Customer service is awful. When I tried to cancel, they kept saying that it was a “anti aging prescription” and saying they can refund me for product not sent to me. I had to tell this person “I don’t care what it is, I’m calling to cancel and therefore your company should refund me for product not received and cancel per my request.” FINALLY she claimed to have refunded me but if it wasn’t, I’ll just get my CC company on the case.
Also, product didn’t do anything for my skin.
