This review is based ONLY on customer service. I could not use the product as my skin is too sensitive and it caused a severe reaction. I will say that I called their customer service number…waited about 5 minutes…I spoke to Mae…she was wonderful! She canceled my subscription and refunded my money within 2 minutes. Customer service was exceptional !!! On another note…not saying this product is not a good product…my sister used it and her skin looks amazing…apparently my skin is much more sensitive.
