The product did not work for me. I called and spoke to customer service at which time they told me that I was on the lowest prescription and it could be changed to the highest prescription. But I would have to wait two months until the next shipment was set to come. I did not receive a phone call from the doctors as she told me would happen and I called again as I decided to just cancel my subscription. The next lady I spoke with was rude and uncaring, but I did get the subscription canceled. However, I will not receive my last payment back… she stated that because it was for a prescription product there are no refunds. I do not recommend!
