Good quality lions mane. It's one of those supplements that it's hard to quantify the benefits because I think it can be quite a low burn. Taking to support my brain among other things for ptsd recovery. With the available evidence it's an essential for neurogensis/neuroplasticity. It's a clean highly water soluble extract which also means it can readily attract any moisture. So it can get a bit sticky but that's probably largely unavoidable.
