Naylors Cannock, never had a bad experience before however today was somewhat different, I’ve never felt so belittled as a horse owner in my life, so after the person that served me and my partner firstly looked us both up and down with a horrific look she then went on to serve us with the WORST service skills, after working within customer service myself I have never been spoken to like that in my life, after trying to make me feel stupid about a product to then having bad attitude it has put me of from shopping in here. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and looked down upon in my life.
