I don't like to leave negative reviews being in the customer service industry myself but I am forced to write this. I have been trying to reach out to your customer service team for the last 2 days via email/live chat/phone and not one person has responded back to me. I understand if there is high volume of inquiries but just a simple confirmation of the email/message received is appreciated. I hope someone gets back to me. I have $2500 deposited to you guys which I have not still received in my NDAX account. PLEASE RESPOND !!!
