Deposit got hung up, my bank account says it was deposited in the ndax master account. However over 2 days later there is no money in my account. I contacted customer service through live chat and email, and have received no response. Also they will not pick up the phone. Terrible customer service. I will be opening up a fraud investigation through my bank. Do not deposit money into NDAX.
