Saturday i sent $2530 from my business account to my NDAX account ( i have done this before in the past) now they said they need to further review my transactions and was told to open another business account on NDAX. I do not want to do that and ask for my money to be transferred back into my bank. I have emailed and called them countless times and I'm being ignored. Their customer service is a joke. They dont value their customers, the online chat support has no one tending to it. I have been waiting for days for a response! What type of BS is this. Planning on taking legal action if i dont get a hold of them this week. Ridiculous
