If you like waiting a year to get response from support with no help at the end of it this is the exchange for you. These ignorant f kept me on the leash about getting my money back that I accidentally sent to the wrong address on there site for over a year just to discard my last email and say they can’t help when I was told multiple times I would get my money soon. This was by no mean a little hit to the bank either, actually my whole life savings, -30k , I’m only 20. And I’m not that upset they wouldn’t get the money back, I’m more angry they led me on for a year and then brushed me off, f these people !!!!
