I have had to contact Ndax support 2 times regarding transactions and both times their response time was excellent. Trust wallet never even gave me a response. Anyway, Part of the problem was me. Ndax support having to get me to give them the right information so they can help me. Previously being in customer support myself, I know more than half the time issues are caused by the customer’s own ignorance and support shakes their head once they can’t get through to them. Result: Bad reviews for the company. Some reviews are bogus. Try the company out for yourself.
