Ndax doesn't allow me to withdraw my cryptocurrency.
My son is still able to withdraw his cryptocurrency on Ndax.
Below is what they they said:
As we discussed when you opened your account, cryptocurrency withdrawals are not permitted. However, you can engage in internal trading and withdraw funds back to your bank account.
