As a business women, professionalism is so important! My first bison head had the bottom broken off, from rough handling of the delivery service. I advised them of the issue and they sent me a new one free of charge! I offered to send the old one back, they advised it was no trouble and apologized. They were very prompt and polite answering the messages! I will absolutely recommend them to all of my friends and family! So refreshing to get this kind of service now a days.
