The best customer service and satisfaction. Unfortunately, the Nectars mattress was not the fit for me. I have pretty serious back problems so not the products fault. Super disappointed it didn't work out because the customer service was OUTSTANDING. Contacted them on several occasions only to be met with superb interactions. Top notch company! I did end up getting a couple of pillows and will return for a frame. Special shoutout to Sarah I think her name was.
