Honestly, I was hoping for the full effect that many reviewers said after sleeping on it. I wanted it immediately and to feel awesome. Unfortunately, I'd say it took me a couple weeks to get used to the bed, and I still experience upper back pain. So it's not the magic bullet I was hoping for. I don't think that makes it a bad bed by any means, just not the quick fix for my own back pain.
