Poor, because both the original mattress and the replacement mattress would not expand. Both mattresses sank in the middle. I noticed on the tag that both mattresses had been in your warehouse for close to 3 months. By the time they are sent from China, they have been in storage too long. Also, when you recieve an order from a customer, make sure you tell the customer whether or not they are in a return zone. I will give you points on customer service because I did get my money back.
