I never thought of my mattress as uncomfortable, until I slept on this one. All my back pain that I thought was stress induced has been alleviated. Shipping took awhile, but I did order right around Christmas, and Nectar was very informative and responsive to any questions I had. Cannot recommend enough, it is just the right level of support and still soft.
