I loved the mattress, unfortunately my girlfriend couldn't adjust to it. Customer service was fantastic throughout. May end up getting 2 twin mattresses on our king boxspring, one that suits her and I'll get a nectar :-) bummed out still that our king size didn't work out for her.....
