was great. softening in the middle but not the sides. you kind of roll in to the center. i wish it was firm like it was, but i can’t lay on every inch of it to even it out. i am a bit disappointed. i am to weak and sick to go through the return process. just got home from hospital after 6 days with pancreatitis and i’m worn out.
