My nectar mattress has improved my overall health. I used to wake up with numb arms and a sore back, no longer. I use my nectar mattress on an adjustable base. Zero G is perfect for going to sleep, but eventually I roll onto my side or stomach and have to reach for the remote to make an adjustment. Overall, well worth the investment.
