Turn around time and shipping with this product is wonderful. I am just not certain regarding the mattress itself. The quality of the mattress is wonderful. We've only had it a short time so need to see what happens in the future. For me, it appears much harder than I expected. When ordered we saw it had a hardness rating of "5", I believe and I was actually concerned it may not be hard enough. It's pretty firm! Continuing to try it, will be in touch again. Thank you.
