We have really enjoyed our business with Ned Stevens. The workers are kind and polite and very helpful. However, this past time they were at our home, the gutters were not blown out in the corners of the back of the home - below the sky lights. They were also not blown out in the corner of the front of the home under the second story round window. Unfortunately, we had 3 inches of rain that evening and it backed up. This is the first time this has happened since we signed on with you. Hopefully, this will not happen again.
