Deck—really looks nice. The crew carefully removed the bench before cleaning. However, they forgot to put it back, we had to do that ourselves.
Roof—what I can see looks good and I assume the rest will too.
Windows—nice and clean. The method the crew used did leave water spots at the bottom of each pane, which could have been eliminated by using a squeegee or cloth. Also, a cloth or small brush to clean to bottom outside corners where crud accumulates would have been good. These are just minor points.
Skylights—they look like they got hosed off, removing a bit of recent pollen, but they are still quite dirty and need to be properly cleaned. When a person from Ned Stevens called me, I told him about this, he said the crew noted that the dirt was on the inside. Shortly thereafter, we had a heavy rainstorm, which removed nearly all of the grime (which, in fact, turned out to be on the outside). Not happy to be charged $50 per skylight and have the result we got.
