I'm not happy with the Rosebank mall Nedbank branch I went to print my bank statement and I end up get charged 340 Rand's first the didn't put paper in the self service machine but there's no any alert for you to not print and then the lady send me to the ATM still it didn't print but still charge me and my card stuck there I had to water more the 30minutes then when they take it out the send me to a person to assist me she told me to print there it charge 140 which I was fine with it but she did it twice which end up charging me twice and the money app it's worse u can't review your statement so Im not happy to be charge extra money for their own mistakes I use to think Nedbank it's better but I'm starting to doubt that
