In March, I alled into Nedbank to unlink GB from my account. The agent told me it would take 48hrs to unlink. It's April now and the GB is still active and another R30 was deducted for the month of April when I specifically asked the agent to unlink my account!!!!!. I called in wanting to close my account and now I cannot because the account has a -R30 that honestly is not my problem. I should actually be reimbursed for that!!!! Now, because the last agent I spoke to said there is a TICKET LOGGED FOR MY GB ENQUIRY. A TICKET WITH NO DETAILS. WHAT THE ACTUAL ****** is this bank's problem!!!?????
