Only have trouble with this bank!
First off make a complaint to the fraud department that we have paid money for products never recieved and asked for advice and to open a case, we got an affidavit and submitted to strengthen the case, what does Nedbank do? Freeze our account now our money is not available to us and we have a baby to take care of and a house to run. Numerous hours and phone calls later and they cannot give a answer as to why and only keep saying the case can take 4-6 weeks, but they will escalate it as urgent and contact ASAP, well it has been 3 weeks now and everytime it is just the same story. Horrible experience and terrible client services, do not trust them to keep you safe as a client, they do not care
