It's terrible. It's been 2 years now since I chose to bank with NEDBANK but unfortunetaly their services are extraodinarily atrocious. Mhm! Nedbank has made me question myself. They bloceked my account out of the blue , when I called the free toll number 0800 555 111 where I spoke to a lady and she checked the account and she said the reason for blocking the account was because my account needed to be verified , FICA. I just opned the account a month ago? Huh. Keep in mind that I had my previous account blocked and did FICA multiple times but the account never opened they said it was hold. What?! NEDBANK has done it again. I think I will FNB and see how far it goes. But NEDBANK, yoh! I wash my hands shem.
